optmeout

Keep your right to sue.

Nearly every agreement you’ve accepted forces disputes into arbitration and waives your right to join a class action. Nearly all of them let you say no — if you mail a letter in time. We do that part.

  1. We watch for the window

Enroll in the companies you deal with, or forward the “we're updating our terms” email to your private address. Most opt-out windows are 30 days from a notice you skimmed.

  2. You confirm, we don't guess

Every detection lands in review with the reasons it matched. Nothing is mailed on a classifier's hunch.

  3. The letter goes out certified

We compute the deadline, reserve transit buffer, and mail USPS Certified with return receipt — so there's a delivery record that doesn't depend on us.

  4. The proof outlives the letter

The exact text, its hash, the tracking number and the delivery record land in a tamper-evident log, for the day someone says you never opted out.
